Humanitarian Environmental Projects Company — WBA's primary strategic partner for project development and implementation.
WBA Primary Strategic Partner
Humanitarian Environmental Projects Company (HEPC) is dedicated to investing in and developing projects worldwide in various humanitarian areas. The company's mission is to address environmental challenges and improve the quality of life for communities affected by humanitarian crises.
HEPC's team of professionals brings a wealth of experience and expertise to ensure successful project implementation and environmental sustainability. HEPC operates as WBA's primary implementation partner, originating and facilitating projects that WBA then structures for investor presentation.
HEPC has developed and implemented humanitarian environmental projects across Africa, the Americas, and beyond — spanning water infrastructure, sustainable energy, agriculture, and livestock development.
The flagship WBA–HEPC collaboration — a comprehensive multi-sector ecosystem development project reaching MOU stage with the Benue State Government. It secured 40,000 hectares of land, a government financing recommendation letter, and a state letter of guarantee.
Integrated ecosystem development (Benue State MOU, 2016). Water supply, renewable energy, agriculture, livestock, and social infrastructure. Expansion pipeline targets multiple additional states.
Water infrastructure and management projects. Active base of operations for HEPC's East Africa activities, with ongoing water supply and environmental protection programmes.
Water supply and environmental management projects. HEPC applies its mobile water treatment technology and multi-actor PPP framework to address water access challenges.
Humanitarian water infrastructure in a post-conflict environment. HEPC's standalone mobile treatment units — capable of processing lake, river, well, or ocean water — are suited to fragile-state contexts.
Water management and sustainable agriculture projects. HEPC's protected horticulture systems — including hydroponics, substrate cultivation, and multi-layer growing — are deployed in the US market.
Water supply, agriculture, and green energy programmes. HEPC collaborates with European specialist partners to develop waste processing and sustainable cultivation solutions for Latin American clients.
