Active Engagement Across Nigeria

WBA and its Nigeria associate Francis Wopara (FWO) have been engaged with Nigerian state governments and federal ministries since early 2026, building a portfolio of structured, investment-ready project proposals across the country's most developmentally active states.

Each project follows WBA's 5-Stage Execution Model — from concept validation through to capital facilitation — and is aligned with both federal development policy and state government priorities.

Federal Investment Engagement

WBA-FWO has engaged directly with the federal departments for investment promotion and treasury, submitting formal investment documentation in March 2026 and receiving official follow-up responses confirming active interest in WBA's project portfolio.

📄

Formal Documentation

All WBA project proposals are formally documented — introduction memos, feasibility questionnaires, cover letters, and financial structuring addenda — and submitted through official government channels to ensure compliance and traceability.

🤝

Government Partnership

WBA maintains relationships with the Office of the Secretary General of the Federation, federal ministries (Finance, Agriculture, Industry/Trade/Investment, Water Resources), and multiple state government ministries and agencies.
